Leading the marketing function, content and output, developing the marketing strategy in-line with corporate sales goals.
Set and deliver short and long-term marketing activities against strategy and budget agreements.
Develop 360 content plans for all marketing channels including press, industry organisations sales distribution and online events.
Develop all content, creative and supporting materials in-line with business brand values.
Deliver online strategy for lead development, digital software sales, customer acquisition and retention programs.
Set and measure KPI's to monitor success across marketing, communications, and PR programs.
Report monthly to management on all marketing developments and KPIs.

A degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
5+ years marketing experience to a global audience, ideally within a technology manufacturing brand.
Strong experience across B2B, press, agency and channel relations and the application of digital marketing and advertising techniques.
Solid experience of professional image editing and design software.
Proven ability to plan and oversee complex simultaneous campaigns.
Experience of team management and budget management.
In addition to the above, the Head of Marketing will need to have a collaborative approach, excellent attention to detail and an enthusiastic and confident demeanour.
The role will also require some event attendance worldwide, so ability and willingness to travel is essential.
