​We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to join a well-established and expanding business in the Hayle area.
This role of Marketing Manager will require a candidate with previous and proven experience in a marketing and copy-writing role. Knowledge of online content strategy and creation will be essential alongside excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills and experience with SEO.

In addition, you will need strong research skills, be full of creativity and hold the ability to time manage and organise projects to meet deadlines.


Key responsibilities:

  • Write, edit and keep updated wording on the company’s websites.

  • Write, edit and publish engaging posts for social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Tik-Tok and Instagram.

  • Work with Global OEM Partners to ensure all communications fit within agreed brand guidelines

  • Plan and organise trade show stands – currently 4 per year

  • Work closely with sales team on joint projects

  • Edit and proofread copy as needed.

  • Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach.

  • Source images and other content.

  • Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).

  • Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness.

  • Respond to questions and comments on social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Network with clients and industry professionals.


This role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis, based in Hayle with some home working available on a hybrid arrangement.
