Are you a vehicle technician or mechanic looking for your next role in the Penryn / Falmouth area? My client, the top independent Land Rover specialist in Cornwall, is seeking a experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join a busy, successful, independent service and repair business.

Ideally have workshop experience and to hold your NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repair. A competitive salary is on offer with an element of negotiation dependent on your skills, experience and qualifications.

This is a full time role working 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday paying from £30,160 doe.

Key Tasks

  • Servicing.

  • Major and minor repairs.

  • General maintenance (Cam Belts, Clutches etc).

  • MOT repairs.

  • Fault diagnosis and rectification.

Key Skills

  • The ability to communicate with customers effectively.

  • Carrying out MOT Failure rectification work as and when required.

  • A sound Mechanical knowledge.

  • Fault finding.

  • Problem solving.

  • Flexible ‘can do’ attitude.

  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
