We are currently looking for an Office Administrator in the Redruth area!

The role will be reception based, customer service and taking/processing of orders.

Ideally looking for someone that has a proven office background, a great multi-tasker with excellent customer service skills.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls

  • Filing sales paperwork

  • Processing sales transactions and creating orders

  • Data entry and data extraction

  • Following step-by-step processes for efficient workflow

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Merlin software

  • Familiarity with Sage software is ideal but not essential

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
