My client, a niche business near Truro, Cornwall, is looking to hire a Product Manager to support their high-performing department to drive the product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams.

As Product Manager, your role will involve analysing customer needs and market trends, assessing competitor offerings and product requirements to develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.

The position is based on site (Truro or Exeter), with working hours 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Core duties & areas of responsibility:

  • Product strategy and development.

  • Implement marketing and sales strategy.

  • Manage product planning, performance and optimisation.

  • Enable cross-functional collaboration.

  • Drive the execution of processes and developments.

  • Develop product positioning through analysis of market data.

Essential skills & experience:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in business, marketing, engineering, product design or related field.

  • Strong experienced in a dynamic product management role.

  • Excellent Project Management and leadership skills.

  • A creative eye, effective communication skills and experience in preparing and presenting Product Business cases.

  • Knowledge or interest in in HVAC or renewables desirable.
