Are you an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor, looking to take your skill skills into a fast paced production unit and develop your career?

My client is looking to hire a new Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager with leading their department to achieve results and maintain their KPIs.

Whether you are already an experienced Supervisor looking for a new challenge, or perhaps you've worked your way up on the production line and ready to step into a leadership role, this could be the perfect role for you.

What do they need from you?

  • Previous experience within a line leader/supervisor role, or extensive experience gained from within a production unit.

  • A solid understanding of meeting and working towards targets whilst maintaining quality standards.

  • Strong knowledge of food manufacturing health and hygiene processes.

  • Flexibility to work 12 hour shifts to include weekends during peak season.

  • Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation.

  • Good admin and coordination skills.

  • The ability to encourage, nurture and lead a production team to meet their targets and improve working efficiencies.
