We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible receptionist to join an existing team in the St Columb area.

This is a demanding role so we are looking for someone who is confident, great at multi-tasking and can communicate effectively in a busy environment.
The successful candidate will need to provide a high level of Reception/Customer Service.
The role will be starting at £10.98, raising to £11.18 after 6 months.
The Main duties of the job include;
Answering and dealing with a high demand of telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Strict adherence to customer confidentiality at all times
Taking messages for staff and communicating this to the relevant Individuals
Booking customers in and confirming that their contact details are correct
Ensuring that computerised files are updated.
Chasing up documentation/results
Keeping the reception area and waiting room tidy
Experience of working in a busy call centre, hospitality front of house or office environment.
Reception and clerical duties
Dealing with public/patients
Working as a part of a team
Flexible approach to working
Able to work shifts between the hours of 8am – 8pm ( shifts are 8 hours)
Ability to work across 4 sites, at St Columb Major, St Columb Road, Padstow and St Merryn so you must have your own transport.
Experience of working in a busy call centre, hospitality front of house or office environment previously would be distinct advantage.
