We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible receptionist to join an existing team in the St Columb area.

This is a demanding role so we are looking for someone who is confident, great at multi-tasking and can communicate effectively in a busy environment.

The successful candidate will need to provide a high level of Reception/Customer Service.

The role will be starting at £10.98, raising to £11.18 after 6 months.

The Main duties of the job include;

  • Answering and dealing with a high demand of telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Strict adherence to customer confidentiality at all times

  • Arrange appointments.

  • Taking messages for staff and communicating this to the relevant Individuals

  • Booking customers in and confirming that their contact details are correct

  • Directing customers

  • Ensuring that computerised files are updated.

  • Chasing up documentation/results

  • Keeping the reception area and waiting room tidy

Experience of working in a busy call centre, hospitality front of house or office environment.

Essential

  • Reception and clerical duties

  • Dealing with public/patients

  • Working as a part of a team

  • Computer literate

  • Flexible approach to working

  • Able to work shifts between the hours of 8am – 8pm ( shifts are 8 hours)

  • Ability to work across 4 sites, at St Columb Major, St Columb Road, Padstow and St Merryn so you must have your own transport.

  • Experience of working in a busy call centre, hospitality front of house or office environment previously would be distinct advantage.
