The new Sales and Marketing Assistant will be an integral support role to the senior management team, and Sales and Marketing manager through varied admin, customer service and marketing responsibilities. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for new homes would be the ideal balance, alongside prior experience within a similar role and relevant degree level education.
Core responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: query management, relationship building and greeting or assisting visitors.
Marketing: support through digital marketing, social media updates, campaigns, website maintenance and assisting the Manager with schemes.
Sales: coordinate and participate with on-site promotional events, assist with preparation and distribution of documentation and conduct market research to provide insight into the local housing market , trends and competitor analysis.
Admin support: day to day marketing activity, appointment scheduling, maintaining accurate records, prepare reports and presentation, raising POs and complying with GDPR.
What do they need from you?
Educated to degree level and/or demonstrable experience within a property or marketing related discipline.
Customer focused attituded with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
Ability to work independently, and well alongside a team with a high level of adaptability.
