Do you have previous stores/purchasing experience, and looking for a new full-time role within a reputable, people-driven organisation?

My client, a niche manufacturing business near Falmouth, is looking for somebody to support their Materials Manager with duties across goods receipt and stock replenishment. This is an integral role within the business, with a broad scope of responsibilities across manual and admin based tasks.
Ideally, the successful person will have previous experience within a similar role, great organisation skills and willingness to learn. A forklift licence would be preferred, but this is not essential and training can be provided.
Offering full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £21,500 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

Here is a peek into what the role involves:

  • Unloading deliveries, checking stock, replenishing items in the correct areas and ensuring accuracy levels remain high.

  • Ensure production lines are fed, without stoppages.

  • Scanning parts and assisting with stock takes.

  • Assisting with picking/packing when required.

  • Booking in customer returns, and creating relevant paperwork.

  • Liaising with the Technical Support Team to resolve issues.

If you think this could be a good role for you or would just like to find out a little more, hit apply and let's talk!
