​Seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join a fast-expanding software company in central Cornwall.

If you love speaking to people, helping find solutions to problems and are professional and friendly this may be the perfect role for you! Full training provided on all our software and systems.

About you

The role of Customer Support Executive is essential to the retention and growth of the Business and very much at the heart of all they do.

You will have good knowledge of Microsoft software such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel as we use these daily.

Full training will be provided on bespoke products, but you should be a quick learner with previous experience of SaaS systems like HR, training, finance etc. and ideally a good understanding of CRM software.

Excellent customer support skills should come naturally to you.

Main Purpose of Role:

  • Represent the company effectively delivering excellent Customer Support and training to a range of customers through comprehensive knowledge of our software products.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and development

  • Retention – This is key to growth and you will be targeted on renewals ensuring showing value for their clients.

  • Achieve Department and personal KPI’s in calls, meetings up sales and retention.


  • Be the Manager of your own client base – Support, Nurture and grow your clients through excellent customer support. Reporting to the Head of Customer Support.

  • Demonstrate and train your clients on a range of software products ensuring that you build long lasting relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Looking for someone with experience and a proven record of excellent Customer Support

  • Good understanding of various software systems with the ability to learn on the go

  • Confidence in training and delivering demonstrations through MS Teams

  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Exceptional time management

This role is being offered on a full time permanent basis, Monday to Friday. This is an office based role.
