We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant/Caretaker to join a team in Penzance!
You will be responsible for looking after an industrial estate, sorting any maintenance it may need along with maintaining cleanliness across the various units.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in gardening and general grounds maintenance, be proactive and capable of working alone.
The role is being offered as 10 hrs per week, ideally 2 hrs per day across Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities:
Gardening: Maintain the grounds, including grass cutting, bush trimming, and weeding.
Litter Picking: Ensure the estate remains tidy and free of litter.
Grounds Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the estate in top condition.
Requirements:
Basic gardening experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Reliable and punctual.
