​We are currently seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support the CFO on an interim basis.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the finances of the Trust, including the production of budgets and forecasts, as well as providing essential financial advice.

This role is being offered on a full time basis Monday – Friday 0830-1700. With potential to be hybrid (part in office and part work from home)

Contract length: ASAP start until at least September.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CFO in managing the financial operations of the Trust.

  • Produce and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Provide financial advice and insights.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

  • Manage and take responsibility for own workload.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • AAT Qualified:

    Essential.

  • Experience:

    Previous experience working in a large organisation.

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with experience with computerised accounting systems is essential.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
