We are currently seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support the CFO on an interim basis.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the finances of the Trust, including the production of budgets and forecasts, as well as providing essential financial advice.
This role is being offered on a full time basis Monday – Friday 0830-1700. With potential to be hybrid (part in office and part work from home)
Contract length: ASAP start until at least September.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CFO in managing the financial operations of the Trust.
Produce and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
Provide financial advice and insights.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Manage and take responsibility for own workload.
Qualifications and Experience:
AAT Qualified:
Essential.
Experience:
Previous experience working in a large organisation.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with experience with computerised accounting systems is essential.
Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
