Are you a personal assistant looking for your next role in the financial sector? My client, a family-run financial advice firm offering friendly and jargon-free financial planning is seeking a Personal Assistant / Client Liaison to work out of their office at Chasewater near Truro, Cornwall.

The main purpose of the role is to help support their continued growth, and sustain their high levels of customer service with a personable, friendly and driven approach. The role will consist of outbound and inbound client communication face-to-face, over the phone and digitally. You will also be responsible for managing the diary of the company director and in-house administrative tasks.

This is a part time role working Monday to Friday 20 hours a week and is paying up to £13.00 per hour doe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with all administrative and logistical tasks.

  • Manage all communications with both internal and external parties across multiple channels.

  • Organising ad-hoc meetings and events.

About You

  • At least 2 year experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Good understanding of technology, preferably with experience in using a CRM tool.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail.

  • Literacy skills for client communications.

On-site training will be provided by my clients office manager for the first month. They also offer a range of digital training modules through our business partners.
