We are currently seeking an Quality Assurance Operative based locally in Bodmin!

The role will be offered on a temp to perm placement, great for those looking to get into their next role.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a food manufacturing unit and comfortable working 12 hour shifts, day and night rotation.

Starting Rate:£12.00 per hour

Once training completed your rate will be uplifted to £14.50 per hour plus £2.50 per hour overtime pay and the £10 night shift allowance per shift.

Shifts:Rotational - 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am, Monday to Thursday


  • Conduct quality checks and inspections on products

  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards

  • Document and report any quality issues

  • Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve quality concerns

  • Maintain and update quality assurance records


  • Previous experience in a QA role is preferred

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Flexible with working rotational shifts
