Are you a seasoned receptionist with motor trade experience? My client, one of the leading independent DAF commercial enterprises in the UK, is looking to hire a Service Receptionist based in Camborne. You will be based at the Camborne dealership, but with dealerships along the South Coast there will be travel from time to time including visits to the head office in Southampton. As a Service Receptions you will need good communication skills along with excellent customer service experience.

This is a full time permanent role working a 40 hour week Monday to Friday 08:00am - 05:00pm. Salary is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum doe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers via phone, email and customer portal.

  • Raising estimates & liaising with customers in regards to authorisation for work to be carried out.

  • Raising final cost invoices and Purchase order numbers.

  • Assisting reception when required with customers, arranging bookings and telephone enquiries.

About You

  • Strong administration experience - previous service admin experience essential within the motor trade.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Organised and good attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt quickly.
