​​We have a fantastic new vacancy for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join a busy team within a purpose-built factory.

The role involves batch production of welded steel and stainless steel components, with parts used for the assembly of bespoke products.

The ideal candidate will need MIG or TIG experience (ideally both!), and be dedicated to supplying customers with high class products.

Applicants must live within commutable distance of Hayle, Cornwall.

What are they looking for?

  • MIG or TIG (ideally both) experience.

  • Driving licence essential.

  • Great communication skills and the ability to work well within a dynamic team.

  • Enthusiastic and committed to achieving top results and quality products.

  • The ability to read technical drawings and weld symbols.

What will the role involve?

  • Supplying customers with bespoke-made products or exceptional quality.

  • Assist to increase the level of output from the fabrication/welding department.

  • Communicate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

  • Batch producing welded steel and stainless steel components, ensuring parts match engineering drawings/

  • Prepare metal for fabrication (metal cutting, drilling and folding).
