​Are you an a skilled administrator looking for your next role, and happy to work in the motor trade? My client, one of the top independent travel companies in Cornwall, is looking to hire a Workshop Administrator to be based at their Camborne. Their small team of staff work together successfully to ensure that all of their vehicles are maintained to the highest standard. Their focus is to not only comply but exceed all legal levels of safety and maintenance.

This position is located in their busy workshop office and involves all aspects of the administrative tasks. This is a full time permanent role working a 35 - 40 hour week Monday to Friday. Salary is from £13.00 to £15.00 per hour doe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customers on the phone and face to face.

  • Invoice processing.

  • Filing and general admin duties.

  • Assisting with diary management and vehicle bookings.

  • Assisting Service Advisors and Workshop Manager with any other admin tasks as requested.

Key Skills

  • Excellent customer service.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Keen eye for details and accuracy.

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office.

  • Able to work without supervision.
