​​​Do you have a current portable enhanced DBS and experience having worked in a reception or admin role? I would love to hear from you.

I am working with a school in Tiverton who are looking for an administrator to join them Monday to Thursdays 08.00-12.00 to start immediately until the end of the term - 15th December.

Due to this role being immediate start you will need to be living in or near Tiverton and have a portable DBS already in place.

Your DBS - would have been registered on the governments update service, and is portable allowing you to work for different companies.

Skills

  • Minimum of a couple of years in an admin/ reception or finance role.

  • Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.

  • Enhanced DBS - Portable
