We are seeking a number of Packing Assistants based in Bodmin with immediate starts.
Offering full time day shifts, Monday – Friday (No weekends!)
If you have worked in a food manufacturing setting this would be advantageous but there is full on the job training provided for those who haven’t.
Working for a family run confectionary company, the role offers great support and a fun and friendly team environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding business with great career progression within the role!
Rates of pay/ Hours: 0600-1400, Monday – Friday, £9.90 per hour
The ideal candidate will be:
Reliable and have a great work ethic
Keen to learn new skills receiving full training operating machinery
Do well under time constraints and be able to work towards a packing rate target
Work well in a team and have a great can-do attitude!
Happy with some manual handling, helping to store away products and fill machines.
Key duties:
Helping to mix, cook and produce products
Packing and labelling goods into cartons and foils
Helping with the day-to-day production, meeting, and filling orders
Working as a team to reach targets and meet deadlines
Ensuring your workstation is always tidy and well-kept
