Are you an experienced and driven Production Manager, looking for a new challenge within a well-established food business?
My client is looking for an committed and improvement-focused individual to join their production team to enhance development and product output.
If you're based in Cornwall already, that's the ideal scenario, however, if you're looking to establish a secure position prior to relocating, this could be the perfect opportunity to do so.


Offering a competitive salary, reflective of experience. Working hours will include 12 hour shifts and weekends, so flexibility is essential.

So, what does the role involve?

  • Daily leadership to key production areas, overseeing and managing operations and ensure efficient and timely processing of fresh produce.

  • Develop and implement plans, schedules and workflows to optimise efficiency towards targets, working closely with the technical, procurement and logistics departments.

  • Ensure KPIs are managed, hygiene standards are maintained and drive a continuous improvement culture.

  • Maintain accurate production records, reports and documentation of audits, whilst delivering exceptional service for all producers and customers.

  • Continuously motivate the team, driving team engagement, training and development to align with the business values.

  • Operate production lines alongside your team, leading from the front when required.
