We are looking for a confident and personable administrator join a busy team in Helston offering an immediate start.
This is role is being offered as a full time permanent contract, their office is based in Helston. The role is being offered as part working form their office/ part form home.
The hours are Monday - Friday 09.00-17.30 ( 1 hr lunch) - although they can offer some flexibility on this
The salary is £20,000- £35,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Remote project monitoring
Data collection and management
Assistance with management of operating contracts and invoicing
Support with financial reporting and forecasting
Helping to manage interactions with project landowners
Assist with the preparation of periodic reports and financial claims
Coordinate with the University of Exeter’s delivery partner team
Project administration and record keeping
Managing purchase orders, invoicing and payments
Minute taking during meetings
Act as the project equality and diversity champion
About you
Strong inter-personal and communication skills are vita
Enthusiastic team player, who thrives in a fast paced, small team environment
Highly organised, able to deal with competing priorities and manage a diverse workload
Open and approachable, with good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in the use of the main Microsoft Office packages
Based in within commuting distance of the Helston
Desirable
Experience of office management or administration in a technical industry e.g. renewable energy, marine engineering etc.
Experience with grant funded projects
Bookkeeping or other financial administration
