​We are looking for a confident and personable Receptionist/ Administrator to join a busy team in Truro

This role is to start asap- ideally this week!

*Assisting with booking meetings, customer visits and events, coordinating calendars, paperwork, and helping with the smooth running of the office.

* Answering the phones/ general admin duties.

* Setting up IT accounts, ID card access, printer access, phone access, providing starter information packs and other appropriate duties

​Skills

* Minimum of a year admin experience

* Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook

* Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.

* You will need to have your own transport

The role is Monday - Friday 08.30-17.00 , 37.5 Hours a week, and is paying £10.12 per hour
