Long established and highly regarded business in the Helston area is looking to recruit a new sales representative to join their team.
This is a key role within the business, with exciting opportunities to progress, in the future, for the right candidate.
Key Duties:
Manage and service existing customer base with regular telephone calls.
Winning repeat orders and cross selling at every opportunity.
Build excellent relationships with customers.
Quote new and existing customers using a company pricing structure and inhouse software tool, having a commercial awareness is absolutely crucial.
Winning new accounts.
Achieve specific targets set for call times and sales targets.
Work in a methodical way to ensure no opportunities are missed.
Sales Force CRM must be updated and used extensively in this role.
Management of your own work flow in an effective and efficient manner.
Key skills required:
Experience of working in a busy tele-sales environment is essential
Proven success track record in getting past the gatekeeper and converting sales.
Knowledge of Sales Force or a similar CRM system would be an advantage.
You will need to have a positive, upbeat manner.
Proactive attitude is the key to success in this role.
Working with a plan in place is crucial.
A confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills.
Full product training will be given along with training on an in-house bespoke software package.
Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office

This position is being offered on a permanent, full time basis 37.5 hours p/w. Monday to Friday 8.45 – 4.45pm ½ hour unpaid lunch break. The role is office based, unfortunately remote working is not possible.
