We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Butcher to join a team based in Redruth!

Hourly Rate: £13.50
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexibility required)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications and orders.
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained at all times.
Assist with stock management, including inventory control and ordering supplies.
Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, assisting customers with product selection and answering inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the butcher shop.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Butcher, with a strong understanding of meat cutting techniques and safety procedures.
Excellent knife skills and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their preparation methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work early mornings and occasional weekends.
