​We are seeking a dynamic Production Administrator to join a team on the outskirts of Falmouth.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional telephone etiquette, and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards supporting various departments.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Sage software is essential for this role.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8am – 5pm

  • Friday: 8am – 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls promptly and professionally, directing queries to the appropriate personnel.

  • Generating and organizing quotations in our database, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of orders.

  • Inputting customer and purchase orders into Sage, along with the associated documentation.

  • Compiling job packs from production paperwork, ensuring accuracy before invoicing.

  • Managing stock deliveries on Sage, notifying suppliers of discrepancies, and conducting stock takes as required.

  • Assisting in documentation for accreditations (e.g., ISO9001, ISO14001, EN1090) as necessary, with training provided.

  • Handling Ebay and website orders, preparing items and paperwork for shipping or collection by couriers.

  • Undertaking adhoc duties as delegated by the General Manager & Managing Director.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar fast-paced administrative role preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Sage software.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Willingness to assist across various departments as needed.
