​Are you an experienced Facilities and Projects Engineer, seeking a new challenge within a reputable business?
As leading manufacturer and supplier of quality products, my client offers a competitive salary, great working hours and the chance to join a busy team during an exciting expansion period.
Working hours will be 37.5 a week, Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the HSE Manager, making and coordinating activities to ensure the effective and efficient operation of both buildings on-site.

Key duties:

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all onsite environmental, HSE and safety legislation.

  • Working with teams and facility support contractors to ensure the business plans are met.

  • Ensure optimised operations on site, monitored via the integrated Building Management System.

  • Work with the I&D team on specific projects as required.

  • Manage new build, renovations, refurbishments and office moves.

About you:

  • HND/ Degree in a recognised engineering discipline with 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Health and safety and/or facilities management qualifications or experience.

  • Previous Facilities and Project Management experience.

  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

  • Leadership skills and experience in site and subcontractor management.
